MAYURASAN ( PEACOCK POSE )
TECHNIQUE
1. Join both hands in front and turn the fingers inwards
towards backside , first sit on knees.
2. Inhale and place the elbows on both sides of navel slowly
straighten the legs towards back. The whole body weight will be on elbows. Head
and legs will be above the floor.
